The hotel had a charming and cozy decor, with lovely wooden stairs that added a touch of warmth. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate. I appreciate that the hotel was easily accessible, with no internal steps and ground floor accommodation. It was comforting to know that I could move around without any difficulties.
I would have appreciated better support and assistance from the staff. As a senior woman, it would have been great if they had provided more personalized care and attention to make my vacation even more enjoyable.
